Where'd They Come From?: Recording Referrals in ASP

In this article, Chris shows us how to find out where our visitors are coming from and store this information in our database.Ever wondered where all your visitors where coming from? Like to know who to thank for sending them to you? Because God knows it’s not from word of mouth that your site is so popular.

Well there is a way to record where each visitor has come from. There are many ways to do this, but I have developed a way to record each referral, and count how many have come from each site, and at the Administrator’s will, a list can be drawn up detailing the top referrers to your site.
