A New Toolbar Can Boost Your Web Site Traffic Dramatically - Usage Reports

So how can you tell if your new toolbar is effectively building your community?  Simple.  Log into your account on the Conduit web site and click the Reports tab.  Statistics include a summary of installed toolbars; active toolbars, set to display visibly in your users’ browsers; and usage, the number of actions performed on the toolbars.

Reports can be viewed for several different time periods:  All Month, This Month, and Yesterday are just a few of them.  Reports are broken down by day along with totals for the time period specified.

It would be nice if you could download the statistics in common formats like CSV or if you could few the data separated by browser type, but those features aren’t available.  Perhaps they haven’t been suggested yet.  Conduit does provide a feedback form and they seem to take user opinions into heavy consideration.
