HTML Fonts, Styles, and Headers (Page 1 of 5 ) In our last article we left off our discussion with how to work with images in HTML. In this article we will go over working with fonts, styles, and headers. There is plenty of ground to cover, so let's get to it. Fonts in HTML HTML, as you probably know, has no built-in fonts of its own. Instead, the browser relies on the fonts stored on a person's local computer when displaying text. If you go out and find some crazy font and use it all over your website, chances are that the majority of the people out there will not see the font you intended, but instead a replacement the browser used. There are ways to fix this. The most common is to make an image of your text. This, however, becomes problematic if you intend to use your crazy font all over your site, as it can increase load times, among other issues.
