We can improve/tune this concept and develop more programs/DB objects based on the groundwork of this article to enforce Entity Integrity in an even better manner.  We can also achieve this by using other means, but, here the focus much on the concept of Multi Table Primary Key rather than how to achieve it. 

The MTPK has broader usability if used properly viz., Entity Integrity enforced across the tables, SQL queries can be optimized and performance can be improved.  If anyone had come across this kind of requirements OR if you have an idea about where this can be useful, please mail to me to incorporate in an article.
