This article briefly describes the creation of a Macromedia Dreamweaver MX extension, PHPbreadcrumbs.mxp (available from the Dreamweaver exchange). It is offered here, because examples can be very helpful, but prior to developing extensions, there just is no substitute for spending a good amount of time reading the Dreamweaver MX extension documentation.
