The technology of Web services offers a new programming paradigm for building distributed applications using open Internet standards. The mission of the Web Services is connecting anything with everything, but how to connect what are the set of standards?

Web Services are still passing its infancy. Once I heard, some techi was shouting from his frustration, if the same species in different planets communicate they could exchange both “data and behaviors”. If different species in different planets communicate they can exchange only “data”.
