Suggest, Vote, Comment, Bribe

Suggest, Vote, Comment, Bribe has one of the more memorable names as far as Joomla extensions are concerned.  Beyond the name, it's a great extension for feedback that can integrate easily with your site.

The way it works is pretty simple.   Share ideas on your site.  Have your users vote on the ideas, comment on them, and finally bribe you to push their favorite ones into acceptance.  The bribe is essentially a Paypal donation.  You can have unlimited voters, comments, and bribes, and the system is hosted on your website and not on an external page.  You can edit, publish, unpublish, close, or open the various forms of feedback.  You can also require users to sign-in for access, leave access open, or require CAPTCHA entry to avoid spambots.  Suggest, Vote, Comment, Bribe is a great way to encourage user interaction and feedback on your site.

Configuring FlexiContact is as simple as possible.  In fact, the extension is so solid and easy to use that some believe that it should be the Joomla standard for contact forms.  The FlexiContact name definitely fits, as this is one extension that is extremely flexible.  Customization abounds in FlexiContact, and you can tweak the page heading, image, and text, as well as the destination email address, cc, and bcc.  There are five fields with customizable prompts.  You can customize the message field in terms of its prompt and dimensions.  Fields can also be hidden, optional, or required.

The spam prevention in FlexiContact is a bit different than most standard contact forms.  You have two options.  The first is a simple CAPTCHA system that requires you to click on one of three icons that are requested.  The second is a magic word system that asks you to locate a pre-defined word or phrase.  Both CAPTCHA methods are effective in preventing spam from clogging your site.  You can view IP addresses from senders and other pertinent information in the log file, if necessary.

If you have frequent visitors, there's an auto-fill feature that will automatically fill in their usernames and email addresses on repeat visits.  Support is included for multiple languages too.

Mailforms has support for multiple languages and uses CAPTCHA verification to help prevent spam.  You can create forms with various fields, and customize the fields in terms of their type.  The extension comes with many more features that not only broaden your horizons for form customization, but also encourage customer feedback through seamless execution.
